Can I use your themes on WordPress.com?

Unfortunately, our themes can only be hosted on self-hosted sites, and are not available for use on a WordPress.com free hosted account. If you are looking for great WordPress hosting, we recommend giving GoDaddy a try.

Can I use the themes on multiple sites?

Yes ofcourse, you can use any theme from WPCrunchy on as many websites as you like. Feel free to use them in private, commercial and client projects.

Are your themes search engine optimized

WordPress inherently produces SEO friendly code. Our themes have been created with SEO in mind (usage of headings and code accessibility in general). Also, further improvements through SEO option on the Theme Option or third party plugins can easily be added.

How will payment be processed?

Payments are processed via PayPal. You can choose to send money from your PayPal balance, bank account, debit or credit card. Please find some more information in the PayPal Help Center.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, then your account will remain active for the remainder of your one year term. After that, you will lose access to theme downloads area, theme updates and tech support.

Where can I download the theme?

After successfully subscribing to our members club you will be automatically redirected to the members area, where you can download your themes.

How do I install your theme?

After you download our theme, unpack the package first then upload the theme directory via FTP, then go to your Dashboard → Appearance → Themes → Activate the theme that you purchased from us.

Can I remove the footer credit links?

Yes, feel free to remove the footer links. You can also, modify any files of the themes once subscribed. However, we'd highly appreciate some backlink love.

How do I get access to support?

After successful subscription to our members club, you can use the account you register to log into our members area where you can post your support questions via our dedicated helpdesk.

Do you provide phone or email support?

No, all support questions should be submitted via our dedicated helpdesk. Any inquries by e-mail, tweets or any other means will be ignored.

Do you provide general WordPress support?

Please understand that we cannot provide support for general WordPress questions. If your issue is not theme-related, please visit the Codex or the official WordPress forum.
