WPCrunchy theme packages include future updates. You can download the latest version of the theme at any time with the download link that will be sent to you after purchase.

After theme purchase, you'll find extensive theme documentation, tutorials, screencasts and a support forum.
Where can I download the theme?
After the payment, an email will be sent to you including the member's area link. Follow the link and then click on the "Download List" link in the right sidebar. Your purchased theme(s) will be listed after clicking the link with its corresponding download links. You can download the latest version at any time.
Do you offer customization services?
We do not provide customization services. However, you may post or asks request to users in our forum.
How can I update a theme?
Our theme packages include future updates. If there is a new version of your theme and you decide to install the updates, you need to download the latest provided theme and follow these instructions.
How do I manage or add theme translations?
All our themes are translatable. Editing existing or create additional theme translations is easy. Follow this instructions.
How do I get access to support?

Do you provide phone or email support?
No, all support questions should be posted to the support forums. This way other users with similar issues can benefit from already existing responses. This is easier for all of us.
Where do I get a new password?
You can request a new password that will be sent to your email. There is a Change Password link available in the member's area. Simply provide the required details. If you lost your password and can not log in the member's area, then contact us.
How do I install a theme?
After you download our theme, unpack the package first then upload the theme directory via FTP, then go to your Dashboard → Appearance → Themes → Activate the theme that you purchase from us.
How can I control the menu?
All our themes support the custom menus feature that has been added to WordPress in version 3.0 and allows you to create custom menus via drag & drop.
Are your themes search engine optimized: SEO?
WordPress inherently produces SEO friendly code. Our themes have been created with SEO in mind (usage of headings and code accessibility in general). Also, further improvements through SEO option on the Theme Option or third party plugins can easily be added.
Can I remove the footer credit links?
Yes, feel free to remove the footer links. You can also, modify any files of the theme once purchased. However, we'ed highly appreciate some backlink love.
How do I avoid losing customizations on theme updates?
